Elcho / Crested Butte

This is a ground up affordable townhouse project that we built in Crested Butte, CO. There are 4 units in this building all of them having a 1 car garage and access to the back yard from the second level out of the rear of the units. We used SIP panels that are super energy efficient and provide for superior insulation in this harsh mountain environment.
