This tenant improvement project included a full bar with kegerator, built in cabanas, glass conference rooms with acoustical ceilings, and five restrooms. Custom features throughout included a binary transcription of the Star Wars Intro on the metal entry canopy, and a CNC milled concrete desk inspired by the Starship Enterprise.
