Boutique office space built out as a TI in the City of Tiburon over looking the SF Bay. The project includes 5 offices, 2 conference rooms, a kitchenette, and beautiful entrance. Highlighting the existing structure of the building with exposed steel, high ceilings and the use of natural white oak cladding throughout.
